I’m a sucker for Valentine’s Day. I’ll just get that out of the way up top. I love love. Love for my family, my friends, my dogs, and my significant others. Valentine’s Day, to me, is a celebration of the connections we share and the way they become a part of our very being.

And I also love pink. So, it’s basically a win-win for me.

I’m starting off February by refreshing my everyday makeup bag with all things pink and festive for Valentine’s Day.

Base Products

Tarte Shape Tape, Tatcha The Silk Canvas, and Bite Beauty Changemaker Foundation | Feb 2020 Shop My Stash | Laurel and Iron

This Tatcha The Silk Canvas primer ($22) is new to me. I’m excited to play around with it especially because my skin is way out of wack right now and way more oily than usual.

I’m continuing to test this Bite Beauty Changemaker foundation in L20 ($39). So, far I’m really enjoying this and hope that it can replace my beloved Dr. Jart+ Premium BB Cream in my quest to go completely cruelty-free.

Tarte Shape Tape in Fair Baige ($27) is such a classic that even my sister, who could generally give two toots about makeup, has it in her makeup bag. It’s a good one. This tube is on it’s last leg. Hopefully, I can finish it up this month and treat myself to a fresh tube .

Cheeks

My Ciate London Glow-To Illuminating Blush in Summer Love ($26) it is a light coral-peach with a bit of shine. This one I grabbed simply because I hadn’t used it in a while and I miss it. I feel like that speaks volumes.

You guys know how I feel about Hourglass powders. It’s an addiction. This Ambient Lighting Blush in Mood Exposure ($40*) is the perfect mauve for winter.

For highlighers, I grabbed this Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder in Highlight 01 (full sized, $40*). It’s another cult classic. It’s a pretty champagne but it doesn’t have the metallic impact of something like the Colourpop Super Shock Cheek in Flexitarian ($8)

I also pulled out this Becca Light Chaser in Rose Quartz Flashes Seashell (discontinued). It’s a beautiful pink highlight with a softer edge.

My Too Face Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer ($30*) is a perfect matte bronzer for my pale princesses out there. I’m trying to finish this bad boy up. I’m almost there!

Eyes

Aether Beauty Rose Quartz Crystal Gemstone Palette, Natasha Denona Cranberry Palette, Colourpop Supernova Shadow, Kaja Sparkling Rose Bento Box

Pink, pink, and more pink!

First up, my Aether Beauty Rose Quartz Crystal Gemstone palette ($58). This is one of those beauties that I love that I have gifted it to others.

Natasha Denona knows how to make a stunning color story. This Cranberry Palette ($48) is perfect for this season of love.

I also pulled out my Kaja Beauty Bento trio in Sparkling Rose ($21). This trio of sparkly toppers is a great compliment to the palettes I pulled out already.

This Colourpop Supernova Shadow in Over Again (discontinued) is a liquid duochrome purple that flashes gold. It’s a fun addition to the color story I’m gravitating towards this month.

Lips

Glossier Cherry Balm Dotcom, Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Beetroot, Fenty Gloss Bomb in Sweet Mouth | Feb 2020 Shop My Stash | Laurel and Iron

I grabbed this Glossier Cherry Balm Dotcom ($12) for an easy, breezy lip tint on the go. Plus it’s moisturizing. I always have one these with me. My favorites is the Mint but the Cherry is perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Beetroot (discontinued) is a stunning berry color that I definitely need to wear more!

I cannot get enough of this Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb in $weet Mouth (full sized, $19). RiRi heard our cries and made a part of the permanent line. Yay!
